Aiya Yesbolatova and Ritsuko Arai showed that chromatin mobility changes with nuclear size during early C. elegans embryogenesis. In collaboration with Takahiro Sakaue (Aoyama Gakuin University), we successfully formulated this relationship using polymer physics theories, linking nuclear geometry with the dynamics of chromatin motion.
