In collaboration with Matthias Weiss (University of Bayreuth, Germany), we quantitatively analyzed how nuclei grow during early embryogenesis and explored the physical principles that determine nuclear size. This study provided new insights into the mechanical constraints governing nuclear growth dynamics.
